On January 30, the first conference of the 13th Hunan Provincial People's Congress elected the delegates of the 13th National People's Congress. 　　Jin jinyao, the union president and chief engineer of Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co, Ltd., was successfully elected as NPC deputy. It is reported that Jin Jinyao is the first batch of personnel in Hunan Province to enjoy the government special allowance.
　　For more than 30 years, he devoted himself to the design, development and research of rubber machinery products such as internal mixer, flat-panel curing press and double-cone twin-screw extruder. As chief engineer of Yiyang Rubber Machinery, Jin Jinyao, as the general manager of the project, presided over the development of GK-400N and GK250E inner mixer.
　　GK-400N type mixer was awarded "the second prize of science and technology progress of Hunan province" and "the ninth Five-Year plan national technological innovation and excellent product award", etc. GK250E type mixer won the "second prize of science and technology progress of Hunan province" and "national key and new product award".
