National Machinery Information Center of R & P Industry;  Petroleum Chemical R/P Energy-saving and Environmental Protection Center belonging to China Petroleum & Chemical Engineering Survey and Design Association & China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF) was established in 1980, It is the only one information organization in rubber & plastics machinery industry of the State. There are more than 200 standing directors in the Center and other members above 300, including research and design institutes of rubber & plastics, related  universities, rubber & plastics factories, tire factories, rubber & plastics goods factories and matching factories. "Rubber Plastics Machinery Times" is published by the Center monthly with the overseas code ISSN1995-8900 and the mailing code (aboard):M4006. It is a comprehensive information publication, and the only one R & P industry magazine in China, which completely reflects industries information domestic and abroad bearing on rubber, plastics machinery and industries concerned.
