Goodyear recently issued a statement that it has acquired the company of Ventech Systems, and did not disclose the specific acquisition amount. 　　Ventech Systems is headquartered in Dorsten, Germany. Its main product is a fully automated tire monitoring system. It is reported that the system can provide real-time information for the owner such as tire pressure, tread depth and vehicle weight.
　　Goodyear said Ventech Systems' products will be integrated with its own businesses and primarily serve Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
