From January 30 to January 31, 2018, China Rubber Industry Association held an expert meeting of Tire Labeling Technology Committee to discuss the "Technical Specification for Green Design Products - Automobile Tire" (draft). It is will be jointly issued as a group standard by China Petroleum and Chemical Industrial Federation and China Rubber Industry Association in March.
　　The meeting arranged the work of compilation for "green design products voluntary certification technical specifications". Combined with "green design product evaluation technical specifications", the companies can conduct green tire certification.
　　The new standard improves the limit value of rolling resistance and wetland grasping with C1, C2 and C3 tires, as well as the indicators of enterprise resources, comprehensive utilization of resources and pollutant emissions, enhancing the competitiveness of labeled products. By the end of January, 47 tire companies had registered enterprise information on the management platform, and the platform has issued 111 tire labels for 21 companies.
