LANXESS will invest about 20 million euros in Changzhou to build a high-performance plastic plant. The compounding plant will be launched in the second quarter of 2019, producing high-tech plastics of Durethan and Pocan brands for automotive, electrical and electronics industries with a capacity of 25,000 tons. 　　LANXESS is constantly investing in Changzhou plant. LANXESS already has had a leather chemicals and synthetic rubber factory in Changzhou Binjiang Chemical Industry Park, , with the current staff of 350. In addition, LANXESS also has a high-performance plastic factory in Wuxi, China.
